Cyxone AB publishes investment memorandum

On 23 July 2024, the board of Cyxone AB (publ) ("Cyxone" or the "Company"), resolved to carry out a preferential rights issue of shares (the "Rights Issue"). Prior to the Rights Issue, Cyxone has prepared an investment memorandum containing information about the Company and the Rights Issue, which is now available via the Company's website (www.cyxone.com). The subscription period begins on 1 August 2024 and lasts until 15 August 2024.

The issue volume amounts to a maximum of approximately SEK 23 million before transaction costs. Subscription in the Rights Issue will be possible from and including 1 August 2024 to and including 15 August 2024 via the issuing agent Hagberg & Aneborn Fondkommission AB’s website (hagberganeborn.se).
